Kevin Gates Fan Is Hospitalized After Being Kicked In The Chest

As no surprise, the female fan kicked by rapper Kevin Gates was injured. Her mother has come forward and says she had to have medical care after the incident. Allhiphop reports Kristy Irelan is the mother of 18-year old Miranda, the young woman Kevin Gates kicked in the chest during is performance at Rumor’s Nite Club in Florida over the weekend.

Ms. Irelan released a statement to Florida's WFLA News and told them her daughter couldn't wait to see the rapper, adding:

“She told me that she was excited to see him and next thing she knows she was kicked in the chest and she was passed out. … It pisses me off.
I don’t care who you are- an NFL player, just a regular person or a rapper- you don’t come to anybody’s home town and kick anybody- she did not deserve that.”

In response to whether or not her daughter got what she deserved for reaching out to the rapper while he performed. Ms. Irelan said all her daughter did was touch his leg, and his reaction wasn't justified. The Florida mom said whether Gates wants people touching him or not, “You want to be famous, you gotta deal with it.”

Miranda admitted herself into a local hospital after being viciously kicked and her mother confirmed she had a CT scan to make sure all was OK. WFLA News reports the test results haven't been revealed just yet and it's unclear as to whether or not Ms. Irelan will seek legal action against Gates or not.
