Everyone could use some motivation when it comes to testing. Especially the students in SWLA, because all week they are taking the Louisiana Educational Assessment Program standardized test also known as the LEAP Test. Every year, at the end of the school year Louisiana students in grades 3-8th, are tested to measure what they know in core subjects like English, Math, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies.

The testing is pretty intense and because of that a lot of kids get high anxiety. So, to help motivate and encourage her kids to do well Ms. Guillory, principal of Pearl Watson Elementary, threw her students a Test Pep Rally. The LaGrange band and cheerleaders came out to lend their support. Plus, special guest S.O.L.O. Entertainment, LLC Breezy & Snake Thuggin stopped by to showcase their motivational rap song "High Score" to hype students up and encourage them to do their very best. The song is really dope! Check it out below!
