Culinary pairings and distillery tour - 3:30 – 5:00 pm.
Single Class - $65 per class or Discounted Master Class Pass for all (4 ) classes - $199 per person. Each class is limited to 60 people and led by celebrity guest chefs and beverage experts offering culinary learning opportunities, with food and drink tastings in intimate settings.

- Let's faire la fête! Enjoy a live-fire cooking extravaganza with Louisiana seafood, various meats, and more. This event will feature the South’s best Pitmasters, celebrity guest chefs, local chefs, and grill masters. All-inclusive tastings include food, wine, beer, and spirits with a souvenir glass. Live with Zydeco from Horace Trahan & the Ossun Express.

Enjoy a full afternoon of all-inclusive culinary and beverage tastings, complete with a silent auction and live music from the Flamethrowers. Tickets include a souvenir glass for unlimited beverage tastings from hundreds of wines, spirits, and beer exhibitors. Stop by the Rouses Markets Cooking Demo Stage to see Houstons James Beard Award Winning Chef Benchawan Jabthong Painter, “Chef G” (Street to Kitchen Houston, TX) in action!
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 17

Don't miss the festival finale all-inclusive brunch with lavish carving stations, unlimited beverage tastings, and souvenir glasses. Enjoy Coffee:30 signature coffee drinks and more amazing food from the Beignet station, made-to-order omelet stations, various desserts, salad bars, Louisiana Seafood stations, and more. The festival’s official beverage partners will participate with an outstanding Bloody Mary Bar, Mimosas, sparkling wines, spirits, wine, beer, and more.
The United Way of Southwest Louisiana is the festival’s Official Charity Partner, and they will receive a portion of ticket proceeds and 100% of the silent auction proceeds. The festival will also donate a part of its proceeds to SOWELA for culinary student scholarships. The Horseshoe Lake Charles is the festival’s official accommodations and casino partner.
