2 Chainz, real name Tauheed Epps, is facing a lawsuit from the photographer his bodyguard assaulted back in October, right before his appearance on the Jimmy Fallon Show in New York City.

According to TheBlast, photographer Richard Capak claims the "4 A.M." rapper "authorized the actions" of his bodyguard, Rory Smith, to assault him, which reportedly sent him to a hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries, including "a bloody cut to his head."

Smith was arrested for assault of the 64-year-old man, and now Capak is suing 2 Chainz and Smith. The rapper has yet to comment on the accusation.
