NeNe Leakes Husband, Gregg From Housewives Of Atlanta Dies At 66

Today we learned the sad news for a popular couple from Bravo's hit reality show, the Real Housewives of Atlanta. The beloved longtime reality star, Gregg Leakes, most notably known as the husband to actress & TV personality NeNe Leakes has died. After a long battle with stage 3 colon cancer, Leakes died today at home in Atlanta. He was 66.

The couple's publicist & family friend, Ernest Dukes, delivered the heartbreaking news not too long ago saying in part...

"Today the Leakes family is in deep pain with a broken heart. After a long battle with cancer, Gregg Leakes has passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by all of his children, very close loved ones and wife Nene Leakes.
We ask that you pray for peace and strength over their family & allow them to mourn in private during this very very difficult time."

Gregg Leakes was known for his undying love and loyalty to his wife and was a member of Bravo's Housewives of Atlanta cast for 12 seasons. He will be sorely missed. We send NeNe and his family our most heartfelt condolences and prayers for their tremendous loss. May he rest in everlasting peace.
