Non-Perishable Food Items To Be Given Away In Lake Charles

It's time for the monthly food drive for a local church in Lake Charles. If you or someone you know is in need, stop by Dominion Life Church at 2750 Power Centre Parkway this Saturday, August 26, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. While supplies last the church ministries will be passing out non-perishable food in the church parking lot.

So, that the food can be given out to as many people as possible, the giveaway is limited to one bag per family. Food and monetary donations are always welcome during this time as a food drive also coincides with the monthly giveaway. Come and receive the word of God as well! Another way to serve God is to help his people. Everyone has something to give and one way to be of service is to join the Dominion Life Ministry Department. There is something for everyone from their exciting Kingdom Kids children's ministry to singing or playing an instrument in the music ministry. Be a part of the Media Ministry department and help bring the word of God to others or join the production team.

There is plenty of work to be done, so there is always room for an extra set of hands. Another way to serve is to volunteer or drop off nonperishable food or make a monetary donation  to help purchase and support the Dominion Life monthly food giveaway.
