Colin Kaepernick was set to workout with the Seattle Seahawks for a chance to possibly become the backup quarterback to Russell Wilson, but both sides couldn't see eye-to-eye and now the workout is reportedly "off the table".

According to TMZ Sports, Seahawks told Kaepernick they couldn't do business unless he promised to discontinue his kneeling protest, to which the displaced QB would not agree to. Kaep was scheduled to attend about 2 weeks of workouts until talks went left on Thursday.

The team reportedly reached out to Kaepernick to settle the stipulations that if he signed he wouldn't kneel during the 2018 season, said TMZ. We see how that went.

Kaep is standing his ground, no pun intended.
