The victim, Gabor Turi, was hit in a Hollywood intersection.  As a result, he filed a lawsuit Monday and is holding Soulja Boy responsible for the damages and his pain and suffering.

Court documents state that Soulja’s friend Abrahim Mustafa, fled the scene after he struck Mr Turi, who  was thrown off his bike and suffered several injuries, including a broken shoulder and cuts to his genitalia that required surgery.

Authorities lined up Mr. Turi's story with surveillance footage of Soulja Boys famous red Bentley collected from secret cameras all over the city and impounded the car. While his friend was arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run for the May accident.

In other news, Rihanna has a unique way of getting people arrested.  Oddly enough, it's by complete coincidence.  Last month the singer posted a photo of her posing with a Slow Loris, an endangered primate found in South Asia, and it resulted in the arrest of a 16-year old boy and 20-year old man.  The two are facing charges for possession of a protected animal, which carries up to four years in prison and a fine of 40,000 baht ($1,300).

Now according to the Associated Press, her tweets about a live sex show she attended in Thailand have led to the arrest of a bar owner. The pop star gave a play-by-play of the strange performance, where a woman apparently turned water into coke inside her genitalia!

Rih Rih tweeted, "All I'm saying is water went in and soda came out! I'm traumatized!!!  Either I was ph--k wasted last night, or I saw a Thai woman pull a live bird, 2 turtles, razors, shoot darts and ping pong, all out of her p---y."

In a crazy turn of events, Thi police used her tweets to make the arrest. District chief  Weera Kerdsirimongkon said Monday "Authorities found out about this bar the morning after Rihanna tweeted about it, but we were not able to catch them violating the law until Saturday (Oct. 13) night.  We had been waiting for them and finally caught them red-handed."
