Rae Sremmurd's sophomore album Sremm Life 2 just dropped today, but one half of the party-starting group is already setting his sights on the next endeavor. Speaking with Complex, Swae Lee revealed that he has a solo project in the works. "[It's] a retarded project called Swaecation, "the younger Sremmurd said. "I have eight songs right now that I feel like are candidates for the project, but I gotta make sure they’re all up to par."

Swae also shared that Katy Perry recorded a track that he wrote, calling it "pretty dope" and emphasized that his solo work shouldn't take anything away from the group's longevity. "When we say solo projects, we say chances for the fans to get to see us individually. But we’re still Sremmed out," he said. "We might put them on the same disc—who knows? We definitely got different projects that we’re working on and tweaking."

Slim Jxmmi echoed that sentiment, saying, "The whole industry going to do shit to separate us" and "we got separate tracks, because we can both rap." Jxmmi refrained however from sharing what he's been up to, "because I don’t want to satisfy the world like that."

Sremm Life 2 features Gucci Mane, Kodak Black, Juicy J and more with a "Look Alive" remix featuring Migos dropping a few weeks back. The duo is set to go on tour with Lil Yachty starting in October, tickets going on sale today.
