Today in Tha Wire, after 4 months of being locked-up, appearing in court twice with no lawyer, Mystikal was arraigned this week on rape and kidnapping charges.

A local man was apprehended and arrested by officers from the Lake Charles Police Department after learning he sexually assaulted a victim who was walking to work.
