With the country reeling from recent mass shootings in El Paso, TX, and Dayton, Ohio, there was a reason to be alarmed for residents in Southlake, Texas on Monday. A group of men was spotted wearing bulletproof vests and toting assault rifles in front of a house. Thankfully, it was a false alarm. The men were filming a rap video in front of the wrong house.

The men, rappers, were detained by police and after further investigation, officers determined the guns were realistic airsoft rifles and the vests were fake. They also had bags of sugar packaged to look like drugs. They were actually in front of the wrong house, but were cooperative with police and were released with no charges.

This is one reason why you should get permits before shooting videos, and most importantly, don't film in front of the wrong house, to begin with.
