A man has been charged in setting the chain reaction accident that left one dead and three in critical condition, including comedian/actor Tracy Morgan.

Charges have been made against 35-year Kevin Roper of Jonesboro, Georgia for causing chain reaction accident on the New Jersey Turnpike early Saturday morning. Middlesex Country prosecutors charged Roper with death by auto for killing 62-year old James McNair, Tracy Morgan’s comedic mentor, in addition to four counts of assault by auto.

It's now being learned Morgan's assistant, 36-year old Jeffrey Millea and comedian Ardie Fuqua, Jr. were also in the overturned Mercedes limo bus. The two men, are in critical condition along with Morgan.  Another passenger on the limo bus, comic Harris Stanton, was treated and released while two others were uninjured.
