Ward 3 Presents, 9th Annual Fitness Extravaganza

It's time to shed the extra weight for all the holiday eating and start the new year being a healthier, more fit YOU. Come out the annual fitness class showcase at the 3210 Power Centre Parkway location. The 9th Annual Fitness Extravaganza presented by Lake Charles Ward 3 Recreation, will take place from this Saturday January 11, 2020 starting at 10am.

This is a free event that is open to the entire public. It's also a great way to experience all of the classes available at the biggest fitness centers in the city. In addition to meeting the trainers and seeing a mini-showcase of each class offered at the complex, area residents can take a tour of the facility, and get monthly fitness schedules. That's not all, details will also be available about at all 8 Ward 3 Recreation Center locations in the city.
