After telling fans he would drop a new song the other night, Young Thug, or Jeffery, or No, My Name Is Jeffery, releases a new record called "Elton" featuring Wyclef Jean. You can hear it above. It's produced by Wheezy and Cassius Jay.

Thug promised fans his new mixtape JEFFERY would be coming in the next "one or two days" earlier this week, but so far no word. He is, however, appearing on Travis Scott's new episode of .WAV Radio on Apple Beats today (Aug. 19). Be sure to tune in.

Thug's fiancée Jerrika told fans on Twitter that each song on Thug's upcoming tape is named after someone he looks up to. The tracklist features songs like "Birdman," "Floyd Mayweather" and, of course, "Young Thug," as well as a song called "Fuck Lyor."

The name change is temporary for Thug, who spoke on it with Travis Scott via Beats 1 earlier this week. “I’m Jeffery for one fucking week. If I don’t sell a 100,000 copies," said Thug. Travis added, “Let that be known. Let that be stated. We goin’ for 100,000 first week. I’m doing my verse tonight.”

Thug has been previewing songs from the tape on IG for weeks. Sounds like Wheezy and TM88 will be featured heavily behind the boards, and London on da Track might contribute production as well.

If you missed it, hear Thug and T.I.'s new "Bobby Womack" produced by London.
