Go ahead and treat yourself, it's the holiday season.  However, don't cheat everyday.  If you fall off, get back on the next day.  During the holiday it's extra hard to eat right, but it can be done.  Try smaller portions of your favorite Thanksgiving dishes and try not to over eat.
