And the drama continues. Cardi B has a huge lawsuit on her hands after being sued by her former manager Shaft. Now, reports are coming out that the preggers rapper is claiming she had proper cause to give him his walking papers because of thievery.

As previously reported, last month, Bardi split with her original management team KSR Group who she'd been with since 2015. She then linked up with Quality Control’s Kevin “Coach K” Lee and Pierre “Pee” Thomas' Solid Foundation, the management wing of Quality Control, the label her fiance Offset is signed to.

On Thursday (April 26), it was reported Shaft, born Klenord Raphael, was suing the "Be Careful" rapper for a whopping $10 million for breach of contract. He also claims his team was behind Cardi's hit single "Bodak Yellow."

According to TMZ, Cardi has reason to believe money was being stolen from her by Shaft. Their report states Cardi first approached Shaft about the issue in February as she believed he was switching up numbers and secretly swindling her out of thousands of dollars. In addition, Offset reportedly became upset when he found out Shaft was taking a 20% fee for his services, and pushed for his boo to switch sides.

At this point, it looks like it will play out in the court room.

In other Cardi-related news, she performed at the 2018 Latin Billboard Awards on Thursday. She recently revealed she is about to stop performing until her baby is born.
