City of Lake Charles Announces Water Outages Tuesday

The Lake Charles City Hall Facebook page announced today that it needs to repair some valves that were recently damaged. According to their post, the outage will affect 150 customers in Lake Charles beginning 8:00am Tuesday, April 14, until 4:00pm that evening.

The affected areas are as follows:

Center Street between Tulane and College Manor

Harvard Street between Common and Harvard Street

Madeline Street between Common and Harvard Streets

Auburn Street between Tulane and College Manor

Gayle Street between Common and Kirkman

College Manor between Common and College Heights

College Heights between College Manor and Gayle Street

If you are directly impacted, you will be notified by personnel of the Water Division. Once service is restored to these areas, customers can expect to be told about a boil advisory once complete.
