The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office detectives arrest Mister S. Castille, 44 of Jennings, Louisiana after an investigation revealing his participation in contractor fraud. The investigation discovered that Mister Castille entered into a contract with the victim and received $28,000 to start work on the residence, but didn't possess a contractor's license.

He was arrested and booked on September 7 into the Calcasieu Correctional Center. He was charged with failure to possess a residential contractor's license.
