Did Lil Wayne Violate His Probation? [VIDEO]

While getting his party on for his 30^th birthday, Lil Wayne was filmed smoking what appeared to be marijuana.

If Lil Wayne was in fact smoking what looked to be a blunt, it would be a violation of his probation from his 2008 drug and weapons charge.

TMZ spoke with the president of Young Money Mack Maine and he insisted that Lil Wayne was not smoking any marijuana laced blunts. He only smoked Al Capone cigars on his 30 birthday.

In fact, Lil Wayne is only on informal probation so he would not likely be drug tested anyway. We would hope that he wouldn’t do anything to jeopardize his freedom. In the case of rap artists in the last couple of years, stranger things have happened.
