Unfortunately, the COVID-19 death toll in the U.S. continues to climb and hundreds of thousands have contracted the Coronavirus. The global pandemic rages on as the brightest doctors and scientists work to develop a vaccine to stop the threat of the virus in its tracks. In the meantime, people around the world are staying home and practicing social distancing to slow the infection rate of the person-to-person transmission. It's starting to work!

Doug E. Fresh has rounded up a few of his famous friends to bring about awareness and encourage everyone to do their part. Doing what he does best, the rap pioneer came up with a funky way to promote how washing our hands and staying six-feet away from others in public are great methods to protect ourselves.

The legendary hype man along with doctors, teachers, celebs, and other rap pioneers like Run-DMC and Chuck D are members of the Hip Hop Public Health initiative. The collective has joined forces to educate, motivate, and inspire the youth with positive wellness info and useful resources through the power of Hip Hop. Speaking of which, Fresh produced the COVID-19 PSA, 20 Seconds or More, to show children and their families how to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

Pass it on and stay well everybody!
