Kanye West’s Alleged Assault Victim Wants A Cash Payout [VIDEO]

A couple of weeks ago Kanye West got into an altercation with a fowl-mouth man at a Beverly Hills chiropractor's office for verbally assaulting his wife-to-be Kim Kardashian.  As no surprise the alleged victim would rather a cash settlement than go to court. 

TMZ is reporting that the 18-year-old man that Kanye reportedly attacked last week is willing to take a cash settlement for "several hundred thousand dollars."  Reportedly the so-called victim's lawyer reached out to Kanye's legal team wanting to work out an agreement that would spare everyone the drama of a public trial.

So far, it looks like Kanye's attorneys are listening as TMZ reports both parties are said to be hashing out the financials of the deal.

The alleged unnamed victim wrote a check with his mouth, that his behind couldn't cash when he screamed obscenities at Kim Kardashian in a Beverly Hills chiropractor's office. The man called Kim a number of nasty things including a "n----r lover".  Once he realized Kim was on the phone with Kanye, he proceeded to call the rapper the N-Word as well. Catching the guy off guard, Kanye showed up and allegedly wore his butt out.

When Cops arrived at the scene, the fight was over and West left before speaking to authorities.  However, Ye's alleged victim remained and filed charges.  Meanwhile, Kim Kardshian also filed some papers, sighting the man threatened her life.

In an attempt to shift the bad press, Kardashian appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show, and released new photos of daughter North West with her dad.  When Ellen inquired about Kanye's fight, she pretty much sidestepped questions saying, "I wish I could tell you what went on, I really do, but legally I can't talk about it."

Sources close to the reality star claim the man threatened her life before littering her with racial slurs and calling her a "slut."  They also confirmed that Kim is taking legal action against him and reportedly told the teen that everything was caught on tape.

In the meantime, Kanye has been trying to keep a low profile and hasn't made any public comment on the situation.  The rapper isn't even in the country.  He's actually in Paris to debut the latest looks from his collaboration with French fashion brand A.P.C. and possibly scouting wedding venues with Kardashian.
