LaGrange High School Student Arrested for Threat

This adds to the list of threats from Calcasieu Parish School Board schools since the beginning of the fall 2019 Semester.

On Wednesday, October 2, detectives with the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office were contacted in regards to a threat from a student at LaGrange High School in Lake Charles, said a media release.

Investigators learned that while in the school office, the 15-year-old boy threatened to come back and shoot up the school. The boy was interviewed, then arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center. He's charged with terrorizing.
