The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office says shots were fired at an unsupervised graduation party early yesterday morning.

CPSO deputies responded to a call early Memorial Day morning to a business at 6780 HWY 90 East reporting gun shots had been fired at the location. Upon arriving on the scene, deputies found over 200 teenagers at an unsupervised graduation party.

Two suspects were taken into custody with more possible arrests pending the investigation. The Sheriff's Office also said seven people were injured in the incident.

Crime scene investigators found several shell casings from different caliber weapons. According to the CPSO, two 15-year-old females were taken to the hospital for gunshot wounds that were thought to be non-life-threatening. Three other teens were reported to be grazed by bullets and two teens were injured in the ensuing panic from the gunshots.
