A Lake Charles man has racked up a bevy of charges related to stalking and threats against his ex-girlfriend and her acquaintance.

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office detectives division received a complaint regarding Kyle J. Faul, 33, 457 Scheufens Road, Lake Charles, on September 10, in regards to the stalking of his ex-girlfriend and an acquaintance of hers.

According to the media release, investigators learned Faul sent his ex-girlfriend threatening messages and videos via social media. He was seen in one video burning a wooden cross and damaging some of her belongs.

A warrant was signed by a judge on Wednesday, September 11, for Faul's arrest. He was located at a hotel the next day, arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center.

Kyle Faul is charged with cyberstalking; stalking; intimidating, impeding, or injuring a witness; and burning a cross intent to intimidate. He's being held with no bond.
