Master P, President Of Global Mixed Gender Basketball League

Today in Tha Wire rap legend Master P announced Thursday he's the new president of the world's biggest co-ed basketball league. TMZ reports P's Global Mixed Gender Basketball League (GMGB) has several teams, including the New Orleans Gators, Philadelphia Flash, Miami Ballers. The league is comprised of college age players, with men and women on the same team, getting the same money. The coaches are just as diverse as their teams as well. So it's pretty cool. By the way music isn't the only thing Tiny Harris is doing these days. Girlfriend is juggling a new baby, touring and performing with Xscape, and just became the first female owner of a co-ed professional basketball team, The Atlanta Heirs. They are also a part of P's league.

Back on Master P, TMZ reports they caught up the No Limit mogul recently to find out who he'd like to see play in the league. Paul Pierce and Lisa Leslie are high on P's list. However, with all the trash Lavar Ball has been talking these days, P said he'd love to get him on the court to see what he's made of. In case you haven't heard Ball said he could beat Michael Jordan in a game with one hand tied behind his back, with flip flops on, in the rain. Then went in on Shaquile O'Neal's diss track saying, "Ain't nobody buying stuff with Shaq's name on it, they are buying stuff that says big baller brand."

Both Michael Jordan and Shaq have responded to Ball. MJ said Lavar couldn't beat him, even if he had one leg. While Shaq has already did a rap diss, he took his taunts at Ball to another level. The hall of famer took to social media appearing in a video, with a blond wig saying, "If lavar ball beats me I'll superglue this wig to my head forever. It's only one BIG BALLER BRAND and that's me."

Lol! Real talk though, I wanna see Ball on the court with MJ or Shaq myself!

The Clark County coroner's office has confirmed the cause of death of Mobb Deep legend, Prodigy. According to the Daily News the autopsy report revealed the rap pioneer died of from an accidental choking. The 42-year old whose real name was, Albert Johnson, was in Las Vegas on tour when he feel ill. The star had battled with sickle cell disease all his life, and was used to being hospitalized during flareups. The Vegas sun was to much for him, and he got over heated while signing autographs. He was at the hospital a couple of days, prior to his death June 20, 2017.

He was taken to the hospital for treatment and observation. While there he started to eat, and began to choke. So the rap pioneer didn't die because of complications from his disease as everyone assumed. The coroner's report stated that he literally choked to death on an egg! Crazy right? May he R.I.P.
