TMZ  has acquired more details surrounding the Amber Rose & Wiz Khalifa split, specifically regarding the couples prenup.  The gossip site reports as part of the couple’s agreement prior to getting married, Amber will walk away with about $1 million. According to TMZ the prenup paperwork is approximately 8 pages long and for a quick correction reported yesterday, Amber will not receive spousal support.   The milli payout is actually a one-time thing.  .

As previously reported Amber is asking for full legal and physical custody of their 1-year old son Sebastian, but of course the final word on that will lie in a judges hands.  Also on one more final note, I reported yesterday sources close to the couple claim infinitely is the biggest reason their throwing in the towel, yet the divorce papers made no mention of it.  If cheating was a factor, it wasn’t stated because it’s irrelevant, as California is a no fault state.  On this ever evolving story I’ll keep you posted.

Finally the Associated Press reported back in 2011 West Point cadet, 23-year old Richard King, filed a civil lawsuit against Patti LaBelle’s son/manager, Zuri Edwards, bodyguard, Efrem Holmes and hairdresser, Norma Harris for assault and $1 million in damages.  At the time King was on Spring Break and was flying into George Bush International Airport in Houston from Newark.  BET reports King was intoxicated, after having several drinks before, during and after his flight.

According to court documents, King's intoxication level was almost 3.5 times the Texas legal limit that day.  That said, Patti LaBelle and her entourage were at the Bush airport as well and gearing up to leave for a gig here in Louisiana, when the drunken cadet tried to get in the singers limo.  Listen to Tha Wire below and find out what happened next.

Though Patti never pressed charges, after viewing airport surveillance, Kings family convinced him to sue claiming it was an unprovoked attack.  Long story short, last week the case finally went to trial and after five days and 10 hours of deliberation, King lost his case.
