How dumb can you be?  First of all smoking ANYTHING with a baby in your lap, breathing in the secondary smoke, isn't cool.  But to go and upload a video of yourself smoking what looks to be a blunt, with a baby in your lap is just plane stupid.

TMZ reports 25-year old rapper Rich Homie Quan, just attracted some unnecessary attention to himself with a video that recently hit the web.  Apparently Quan wasn't thinking when he uploaded a SnapChat video of himself smoking, what appears to be a blunt, with his 1-year old son on his lap.

As no surprise the rapper's little video has authorities wanting to asked him a few questions.  TMZ reports Georgia's Child Protective Services and the Fulton County Police Department have launched a full out investigation after seeing the video, which they say is "alarming." Children exposed to marijuana can experience minor to serious effects such as drowsiness and lethargy, to comas and seizures.

Because of this, Quan could face possible criminal charges, including child endangerment and reckless behavior.  Keep you posted on this.
Meanwhile congrats to Usher and his new wife.  E! News reports the 36-year old singer secretly married his longtime girlfriend/manager, Grace Miguel a few weeks ago. E! obtained the couples marriage certificate and report it was filed this month.   Word has it the two got engaged in December 2014.
