Second Arrest Made in Fournet Street Shooting Death
A second arrest was made in connection to the Wednesday morning homicide on Fournet Street.
During an argument on Wednesday morning (May 24), 27-year-old Robert Bracy was shot by 20-year-old Devlon Willis-Muhammad. When police arrived to the 1500 block of Fournet Street, they discovered that Bracy had died from an apparent gun shot wound. On Thursday (May 25) Willis-Muhammad was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
Willis-Muhammad’s cousin, 20-year-old Kevion Hakeem Marcel Willis, has also been arrested. According to KPLC, as the pair fled on foot, Willis attempted to carjack someone’s vehicle by force. He’s now charged with attempted carjacking.
Judge Michael Canaday has set his bond at $150,000.
