I can only imagine the trauma that is endured when a mother has lost a child. It has truly got to be one of the most devastating things in their lives. Something that they have carried for 9 months and truly connected with, and now they are having to get over the fact that this child is no longer here.

There is a great organization that is truly helping those who are coping with this and need the support of others in similar situations. Silent Footprints is having its 3rd Annual Pregnancy Infant And Child Loss Awareness Walk. It will be held this Sunday, October 10 from 3 pm-6 pm at the Lake Charles Civic Center Amphitheater 900 Lakeshore Drive..
