Spring 2015 – Movies Under The Stars [VIDEO]

Every Fall and Spring, the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury presents Movies Under The Stars at Prien Lake Park.  Find out what movies will be featured this Spring!

It's that time again.  During the Fall and Spring seasons, the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury presents Movies Under The Stars.  It's a wonderful way to spend extra time with the family and loved ones, plus a unique way to watch a movie.

All of the movies are family friendly and begin shortly after sunset outside at Prien Lake Park, located at 3700 W. Prien Lake Road in Lake Charles.  Bring whatever you think you'll need, from blankets and lawn chairs to your favorite movie snacks and beverages. Keep in mind refreshments, popcorn, candy and other snacks will also be sold for your convenience.

The following movies will be shown every weekend in April (weather permitting):

April 3rd - Plaines: Fire & Rescue 

April 10th - Sherlock Holmes

April 17th - Penguins of Madagascar

April 24th - Big Hero 6

The best part is, this event is absolutely free!
