Strange Louisiana Laws Including Lake Charles and Sulphur

I love going back and looking at laws that were put in to place from way back. Some of them make sense for the time period while others seem to be based on a very specific incident that might have occurred that no one saw coming. I rooted around a bit in strange Louisiana laws and found some specifically for not only SWLA, but also Sulphur and Lake Charles.

Now, I am not saying you'll get fined or ticketed for these infractions, but perhaps you should think twice if you decide to break any of the laws.
