Temporary Road Closure: 1400 Block of Hodges Street

Lake Charles, La. - On Saturday, August 26, from 6 a.m. - 4 p.m., the 1400 block of Hodges Street, between Prewitt and 6th Street, will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic, said a City of Lake Charles news release.

The temporary closure is scheduled to install a water main line.Detours signs will be posted to direct westbound traffic onto Harvard Street and eastbound to Kirkman Street.

Detours signs will be posted along with a flagman on site to assist with traffic.
