Come out and celebrate the rich culture, music, and arts of SWLA's diverse community this October. Dunham Price Group presents the This is Home Festival 2021, on Saturday, October 16, and the public is invited to attend! This is a free outdoor event taking place on the side of the Historic City Hall, between Iris and Kirby Street.

The area's finest artist will be on hand performing live at this family-friendly festival from start to finish. This Is Home Festival will begin at noon until 9 p.m. and will feature a wide variety of music from Cajun, Zydeco, Blues, Soul, and Rock & Roll. The musical artist will include international touring and recording artist Marc Broussard, Marcus Johnson will lead  SWLA Music School's Young Band Nation, The Raw DawgsJarvis Jacob and the Southern Gents, plus a reunion performance from Louisiana’s Kingfish and many more.

By the way, there will be plenty of adult spirits to include beer and a wine bar! Concertgoers are encouraged to bring along their lawn chairs, family and a few friends to enjoy the sites and sounds of beautiful downtown Lake Charles. Festival proceeds will benefit various programs of the Arts and Humanities Council of Southwest Louisiana.
