Covington, Ky - Boxer Adrien Broner was pulled over and arrested not long after his SUV was riddled with bullet holes in his hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.

According to reports, Broner’s SUV was shot up in Cincinnati on Wednesday night, April 19. Apparently an altercation took place at a bar before the shooting. He then drove to Covington, Kentucky where police pulled him over Thursday morning after noticing the bullet holes in the SUV.

Upon the stop, cops discovered there was an open warrant out for his arrest for “failure to appear.” The misdemeanor charge was from a 2014 incident where the famed boxer was arrested for public intoxication.

Broner was booked and released the same day. He’s reportedly due in court on April 27.
