Woman Who Made False Claims Against Chris Brown Is Now Suing – Tha Wire [VIDEO]

Today in Tha Wire, look like this woman wants that check!  Liziane Gutierrez, the woman who lied about Chris Brown punching her in the eye at a private party in Vegas on New Years.. is at it again.  As previously reported by TMZ, her claim of the assault was thrown-out do to lack of evidence.  Breezy's management pointed out they asked her to leave the party, saying she was disruptive and violated the "no-cell phone" policy.  After an investigation, Police dropped the case and Chris was cleared of criminal wrongdoing.  However, the signer filed suit against her for making false claims and deformation among other things.

Now comes word Gutierrez has filed a lawsuit against Chris.  TMZ reports she's suing for battery, theft and defamation.  One things for sure this woman is persistent, but I hope she's got deep pockets.  According to reports she's suing on grounds that her cell phone was allegedly stolen during the so-called altercation and she was defamed when Brown posted a video saying she was "too ugly" to attend his party. But, wasn't she doing the same thing? Guess we'll leave that question for the courts.

Breezy's reps made the below statement, saying that Gutierrez’s claims being attacked are “a complete fabrication.”

“Making false accusations seems to be a pattern of behavior for Ms. Gutierrez,” the statement continues. “Whatever her motives, her statements are unequivocally untrue. Ms Gutierrez was escorted out of the private after party at the Palms Casino Resort for being disruptive and out of control. Once she was in the hallway, while waiting for Chris Brown’s security to bring out her phone, she had a total meltdown-throwing her purse to the ground and claiming that she ‘could buy everyone in the hotel’-as witnessed by numerous people waiting to get into the party.”
