50 Cent Explains to Conan Why He Posed with Cash If He’s Broke

Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson dropped by Conan to discuss how he could flaunt money on Instagram when he was going through bankruptcy, as well as getting arrested for cursing, and his thoughts about Donald Trump and Kanye West as president’s.

The “I’m the Man” rapper said most people don’t ‘understand the difference between Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy. He filed Chapter 7, which he said was more to help him get his finances back in order. 50 is out of bankruptcy now, but sites the money he took pictures with came from the four businesses he owns, so he could just take it out of the bank and then put it back, in so many words.

50 says while he was in the Caribbean island St. Kitts back in June, he got arrested for using explicit language on stage. According to TMZ, "the DJ didn't have a clean version of his set, and 50 didn't pull the mic away from his mouth when he roared, "motherf*****" ... and that was enough to get him arrested.” The rapper/entrepreneur said as he sat in the precinct he felt like he was in the “Twilight Zone,” and couldn’t believe he was being arrested for singing a song. He didn’t think the situation was too bad, until they asked for his passports. Watch the clip below where he explains the arrest.
