According to Memphis new station WMCActionNews5, an 18-year-old woman has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder, after she shot and killed a man and his pregnant girlfriend during a possible robbery gone wrong.

Shelby Isaac shot and killed EJ Tate and Edwina Thomas in January 2016, while siting in a car. According to family and friends of Tate, he ran an online business that sold bundles of hair. It’s believed that Isaac had a suspected accomplice, Victoria Seay, who was the getaway driver. Isaac reportedly knew the victim, and had possibly purchased hair from Tate before.

The bundles of hair were reportedly valued at up to $250 each, and could have been the motive for the murders.

Isaac was set to appear in front of a Memphis judge on Monday.
