Don’t Miss The LC Ward 3 Recreation 7th Annual Fitness Expo

I had the pleasure of interviewing Albert Landry from LC Ward 3 Recreation and we talked about plenty of great things that are coming from the organization. It kicks off 2018 with their 7th annual Fitness expo kicking off at 5:30 pm.

The event is open for all ages and absolutely free. There will be a showcase of classes where you can come and experience all of the fitness classes that they offer including Zydeco, zumba and many more.

There will also be a pool coming later this year that will be a major attraction for the city. They will be bringing a natatorium that will consist of a competition pool and therapeutic pool.
