Massage Parlor Prostitution Ring Bust In Lake Charles? [PHOTOS

Lake Charles is officially on the map for something that we usually hear about or see on television. A prostitution bust at a massage parlor in Lake Charles. Apprently the CPSO Vice Division has been getting some complaints of possible prostitution at the Asian Massage Parlor located 242 W. Hale Street in Lake Charles. There has been a 10 month investigation going on and so far 3 people have been apprehended between Lake Charles, Lafayette and Bossier with large amounts of cash being found at all 3 locations.

Arrested in Lake Charles:

Pan Lan Ma, 60, 221 Verot School Rd., Lafayette; 10 counts promoting prostitution; 10 counts pandering; 10 counts letting a premises for prostitution – bond $305,000

Melvin R. Elliot, 67, 403 Louie St., Lake Charles; 10 counts inciting prostitution; 10 counts pandering – bond $60,000

Shuxian Li, 48, 1981 Stratmore Dr., San Gabriel, CA; 2 counts prostitution by massage – bond $5,000

Arrested in Lafayette on a Calcasieu Warrant:

Maojin Cin, 60, 221 Verot School Rd., Lafayette; 10 counts of promoting prostitution; 10 counts of pandering; 10 counts of letting a premises for prostitution – bond $305,000

Arrested in Bossier City on a Calcasieu Warrant:

Yan He Wang, 28, 1316 Shamrock Dr., Bossier City; 10 counts of promoting prostitution; 10 counts of pandering; 10 counts of letting a premises for prostitution – bond $305,000

The investigation is continuing with more arrests possible.
