Seth Rogen is definately one of those guys who I can watch every movie he is in. He knows how to bring that sarcastic type of humor and keep the integrity of the film in check. This latest teams Seth with Zac Efron and this movie is going to be one to be looking out for next year. Check out the trailer for the movie "Neighbors"

This is definately not one for the kids, which I am sure was not intended to be. It's also something to see Zac get out of the kiddie scene that he is known for. This is one of those movies that I will be in line for this weekend and look forward to seeing how the movie is going to play over with the critics!
