We all look forward to the holidays. It's a time for family, giving and eating. There's no denying it can be difficult, not getting a second plate of your favorite holiday dishes. But it's not impossible.
If you've done a good job all year, staying active and eating right, you can indulge in your favorite holiday foods. Even going back for seconds is OK, as long as you watch your portions and eat when your hungry. To help curve your appetite, drink more water. Water helps make you full and will keep you from overeating.
