In January, you were motivated to work-out and lose weight. Now that the year is well underway, you may not be as excited to exercise. Don't give up, there's hope.
With the new year, were making some changes. Starting with the name of this segment. It will now be known as "Upgrade Your Health" for the mind, body and soul. Second, from here on out I'm going to issue a weekly challenge for you to take part in.
Get to the root of the problem. What is keeping you from working out? What is stopping you from eating right? What is the real reason you haven't taken that first step?
If your body is in healthy condition, it brings about confidence, self awareness, self worth and most of all a lighter load. Conditioning yourself takes patience and hard work, but it has fabulous results.
