Pick up wherever you are and start making the necessary adjustments in your life so that you can start feeling and looking better everyday.
Life is journey. Weight loss is a journey. Maintaining good health and feeling better can be tough. Exercise can be very painful, depending on various weight or joint issues. However, it's important to know that it's going to pay off in a major way. You must stay at it. Eating better is tough, especially living in Louisiana. Yet you can do it. Give yourself a cheat day, but the remainder of the week keep picking away at the bad habits like chips, cracklin, candy, cakes, soda and juice.
Success wont happen over night, but it will come.
