Today we will be adding to our simple steps incorporating squats in our exercise and also instead of eating canned veggies take the option of frozen, fresh or organic. Adding simple steps every week to each other equals progress and progress leads to weight loss and healthy living.

There's no science involved to losing weight. It can get frustrating when your giving it your all and for some reason you don't see the pounds coming off. Stay with it! Your body will eventually start letting go of the weight. Understand losing weight doesn't happen over night.
Let's get heart healthy! We need to really get serious about our over all health, but especially getting the ol' ticker up to par. It is vital that we eat better and exercise regularly so that we can get more heart healthy. Heart disease (a narrowing of the small blood vessels that supply blood and oxygen to the heart) is a killer. A lot of times it is attributed to high blood pressure or obesity. That's the bad news, now here's the good news...........
Change is always difficult, especially when it comes to exercising or how you eat. Be encouraged though, because most of the time change is the best thing that could ever happen to you as well. Start each day with a positive attitude. That's a good start.
Not everyone has the same needs. Another words, what may work for you, doesn't necessarily mean it will work for someone else when it comes to losing weight. We are all different, so we have to take different approaches to how we lose weight.
Sometimes working out alone isn't always the best answer. Invite your family to workout with you. Get the kids and even the family dog involved in getting healthier. For starters it's another opportunity for more family time and your showing your kids that taking care of your body is important.
