Let's get rid of the resolutions and get solutions in 2015.   Instead of the yearly weight loss fads, make a permanent lifestyle change to live and eat healthier.

This New Year, make your resolution...finding a permanent solution to being a healthier you.  Make your mind up and begin a healthier, positive lifestyle not just for the beginning of the year or til summer, but for the rest of your life.   If your not eating right and not being more active, eventually it's going to cause you serious health problems, if you aren't already having some now.

No matter were you are in your life, it's not to late to change or improve bad eating habits. It's never to late to take the stairs instead of the elevator or take the dog for a walk.  Just get moving and keep moving.  Cut back on sodas and fried foods permanently.  Stop smoking and make healthier lifestyle choices permanent.  As soon as you do, you'll not only notice a difference in how you feel, but see a difference in how you look.
