If your back is weak, your abs are weak.  If have weak quads, your hamstrings are weak.  It's time to strengthen your weaknesses.

Let's face it, our body has many parts, but if we take care of it, it'll take care of us. When it comes to the body, everything needs to be in working order for us to live a happy life.  We all have weak areas and it's high time we focus on giving those body parts more attention.

Let's strengthen our weaknesses and exercise the whole body, so we can be strong from head to toe.
