If you want to cut the fat off your waist, cut back on your calorie intake and watch how quickly you see results.

The fact is you can eat right and exercise everyday, but if you don't cut back on the calories you take-in on a daily basis your waistline will remain the same.  There's no way around it, you have to cut back on your calories if you really want to see a difference in body.  You can not out exercise a bad diet.

You can do all the crunches you want, if your not making any changes in your diet or your calorie intake, you will never achieve a flat stomach.  To loose weight in the "mid-section" cut back in the kitchen.  Here's what you can do.

Get with a registered dietitian and find out what your caloric intake should be.  Second, stick to that number.  Calories are the main reason why the fat wont melt away from your waistline or anywhere else.  So, if you want to see some significant results in your body, continue the workouts, a good diet and cut back on the calories.
