The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics has designated March as National Nutrition Month- a time for us to educate ourselves and become more aware of the role nutrition has in our lives.  If we take care of bodies, it will take care of us.  This month lets try and turn away from foods that we know are not good for us and add healthy substitutes in their place.   Lets walk a little longer.  This alone can help our bodies and mental state considerably.
