What does it all mean?  Our skeletons hold our weight and if there is too much weight on it, we brake our bones easy.  It's time to get that heavy weight off our bones.

Now it's time to make some changes.  Our bones are made to bare weight, however if over loaded that could lead to serious problems including making our bones fragile enough to break.  If we want to be healthy, we have to try to get to a more ideal weight for our structure.  To do that, we must make some life changes in our eating habits.  Not only with our eating, but taking initiative to walk or workout and exercise.
